- We ship daily using USPS and UPS methods. Orders paid by 3:00 pm Mountain Time will ship the same day (UPS Monday - Friday and USPS Monday through Saturday). UPS and USPS Holidays are excluded. USPS packages are shipping with Delivery Confirmation tracking. UPS packages will ship with the UPS tracking number forwarded.
- Express Mail packages are guaranteed delivery in 2 days. In most cases the USPS mail carrier will not return to the Post Office in time to guarantee next day delivery of Express Mail packages.
- US Orders totalling over $99 ship free (Priority Mail or Continental US UPS). DieselOrings LLC reserves the right to determine the best way to ship using UPS or USPS on free shipping orders.
- Privacy & Security
- Our site uses an order form and a contact form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the the customer if necessary to answer questions about orders place on our site.
- There is no user-financial data stored on our server. All financial transactions and customer information entry is done throughour SSL Secure Servers (HTTPS://).
- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returned non-electrical merchandise that is un-opened and in new, clean and resellable condition. You must include a copy of your Sales Receipt with the return. Returned merchandise within 60 days of the purchase will be accessed a 10% restocking charge to cover handling and Credit Card/PayPal fees plus any applicable shipping fees paid by DieselOrings. Items returned after 60 days from purchase will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.
- Ordering
- For accuracy in entering e-mail address and shipping addresses, we encourage our customers to order using the ordering page on this site but we do accept telephone orders. We can not guarantee packages that are not delivered to your correct address when ordering by telephone.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing of products offered by DieselOrings LLC are subject to change at any time.
When promotional pricing and offers are made they will be subject to inventory in stock at the time of the offer.
Payment methods are Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) along with PayPal or Postal Money Orders. - Viewing Orders
- To view a previous order and its status, you may use the "Orders and Returns" link on the bottom of any page or if you are registered on our site, log on and view the "My Account" link on the top of any page.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information such as billing or shipping address or to change your password, simply log on to DieselOrings.com and navigate to the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Information will remain secure and not shared or sold to any third party.
